  • Thank you for visiting my shop! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message me. I strive to make sure you have a hassle free experience when visiting my site.

Shipping Details

  • Please allow up to 5-8 days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Everything ships USPS, and the average time for orders to be delivered is 5-8 business days.  Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons shipping times may be delayed.  If you need your order delivered at a specific time, please feel free to send me a message, and I will do my best to make sure your package gets to you when you need it.

Epoxy resin care

  • Please avoid setting your resin piece in direct sunlight, as it could cause fading and yellowing over time.  If you have a thinner resin piece of 1" or less of thickness please avoid high temperatures with your resin piece as it could cause it to soften and warp.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • Refunds and returns are accepted. We have a 7-day refund and return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at curioresins@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If you would like to make an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you would like instead is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation, and correct the issue.
